How it Works

How to get started with repairs, maintenance or renovations.

• Make a list of things around your house or business that you need repaired or renovated.
• Contact Roy’s Handyman Services at 604. 989. 5147
• If necessary, Roy will personally visit the site to provide you with an accurate estimate.
• Upon awarding the project to Roy’s Handyman Services
  • Payment terms and conditions will be agreed upon.
  • If materials are required a deposit may be required prior to purchasing of project specific materials.
• Work will commence.
• When the project is complete payment will be required on the day of completion.
• Any unwanted construction materials will be removed and job site clean up will take place.

Rates

The rates for each job vary depending on different factors :

• More complex jobs require more sophisticated tools.
• Location of jobs play an important factor in amount of travel time (our home base is Sechelt).

Our rates are either quoted hourly or on a per job basis depending on the type of job. They are competitive within the market and based on the experience, knowledge, and tools with which your hired handyman performs the work. Our principle is to give you the best value and sound advice!
